Drew founded Forness Properties in 2010. He has over 15 years of proven industry and sales experience specializing in the leasing and management of retail and office properties. Before founding Forness Properties, Drew served as Vice President of Sales and Leasing for Michael Collard Properties, Vice President of the Acquisitions and Dispositions Department at Crossman & Company, and as an Associate at Crossman & Company responsible for leasing. He has earned top honors with the Central Florida Commercial Realtors Association and CCIM. Drew is a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM), a licensed Florida Real Estate Broker and a member of The International Council of Shopping Centers. His recent accolades include a Top Investment Producer, Top Retail Producer and Top Broker and Costar Power Broker in 2013, 2014, and 2016. Drew is a graduate of Florida Southern College and is a lifelong resident of Central Florida.
Director of Leasing and Sales
Payton joined Forness Properties in 2014. He is responsible for the leasing of retail properties. Prior to Forness Properties, Payton worked at Crossman & Company where he assisted the Investment Sales team with commercial property analysis and valuation. He was presented a Top Producer award in 2015 by the Central Florida Commercial Association of Realtors, and received the CoStar Power Broker Award for retail leasing in 2015, 2016, 2017, and 2018. Payton serves on the Board of Directors for the Central Florida Commercial Realtors Association and is a member of The International Council of Shopping Centers. Payton graduated from the University of Central Florida with a Bachelor’s degree in Finance and is a lifelong resident of Central Florida.
Rich joined Forness Properties in 2018 and is responsible for the leasing of retail properties. He attended the University of Central Florida - Bachelor of Science Business Administration - Real Estate (BSBA) - July 2019. Rich is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers and competed in the 2019 NAIOP Case Competition during his tenure at UCF. As a recent college student, Rich’s forward thinking brings a fresh insight into the evolving real estate and market trends in Central Florida. His eagerness to learn, adapt, and make an impact within the industry goes hand in hand with the core values of Forness Properties.
Chelsea oversees the management of Forness Properties' retail and office properties. Chelsea Headley has over 10 years of diverse property management, marketing and operations experience. Previously, she was the Senior Vice President Operations for Flagship Investment Group. Chelsea had direct responsibility for the operations of the 45th largest self storage operation in the United States. She led a team that grew from just 5 team members to over 100 in one year. She was also responsible for the development and positioning of the brand for the parent company and self storage subsidiary. Chelsea is a graduate of the University of North Florida with a Bachelor of Science in Marketing. She was a four year college athlete.
Cynthia joined Forness Properties in 2013. As the Forness Properties office manager, Cynthia works closely with the leasing agents and property managers to assist with invoicing, accounts receivables and accounts payable. She provides general administrative support to the team to enable a positive workplace environment. Cynthia graduated from Florida Southern College and is a lifelong resident of Central Florida.
Lenne has worked with Forness Properties since 2013. She coordinates all of the marketing for Forness Properties. Lenne has over 15 years of experience in commercial real estate. She has completed notable research projects for prominent retails clients like Gateway Computers, Sound Advice, Tweeter, Petco, Muvico Theaters and City Furniture. For several years she provided all of the Market Research analysis on a national basis for iPic Entertainment, and Market Research analysis for several city redevelopment projects.
Mary joined Forness Properties in 2016. She is responsible for all accounting responsibilities including, cash management, receivables and payables management, CAM reconciliation, sales tax payments and end of the year tax preparation. Mary has over 12 years of accounting experience and is a Certified Public Accountant in Florida. Her experience includes several years with Ernst & Young as an Auditor and over 9 years with Darden Restaurants. During her tenure with Darden, Mary held numerous positions and worked in the areas of Internal Audit, Corporate Reporting, and Corporate Income Tax. Mary also works as an Adjunct Faculty member at Florida Southern College, where she teaches online accounting courses. Mary obtained her Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from Florida State University and her Master’s Degree in Accounting from the University of Central Florida.
